What happens after you order, how long each step takes and when to get each piece sorted.

The process

Five Simple Steps

Choose
Pick your pieces online or book a consultation and we’ll help you choose. Every price is shown up front.

Secure Your Date
Styling and hire items need a 30% deposit. Signage, stationery and digital items are paid in full.

Approve Your Proof
You’ll see a digital proof within 3 business days, with two rounds of changes included. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

We Make It
Printed items take 1 to 2 weeks after you approve your proof. Tap-to-open seals take 2 to 3 weeks.

We Bring It to Life
Printed pieces are posted or arrive with your styling. On the day, our team delivers, installs and packs everything down.

Book styling, dance floors and hire items
Dates are held once your deposit is paid.
6 to 12 months before
Set up your Wedding Suite page and send save-the-dates
Your page is ready straight after you pay.
4 to 5 months before
Order tap-to-open wax seals
They need your final page link, so choose that first.
About 3 months before
Send your invitations
Your RSVPs start arriving in your dashboard.
6 to 8 weeks before
Order signs, menus, place cards and table numbers
You can send final names and wording later.
4 to 6 weeks before
RSVPs close
Send a reminder to anyone who hasn’t replied.
14 days before
Styling and hire balance is due
We’ll email you a payment link.
10 days before
Send your final guest list for printed seating charts
A digital seating chart can change until the day.
The day
We deliver, install and pack down
Guests scan or tap to find their seat and share their photos.

Questions

What if I’m running late?

Tell us your date and what you need. Digital items can start straight away, and we’ll tell you honestly what can still be printed in time.

Can I change my wording after approving a proof?

Once something has been printed we’d need to reprint it, which may cost extra. Changes before you approve are included.

Can I see samples first?

Yes. Our Sample Kit has a wax seal to try with your phone, printed samples and sign finish swatches.
