Booking & Payment
How do I secure my date?
Add your styling or hire items to the cart and pay the deposit at checkout. Your date is held as soon as payment goes through.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance for styling and hire items is due 14 days before your event. We’ll email you a payment link.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. Bank transfer is available for quotes on request.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter it on the checkout page before you pay.
Delivery & Setup
Do you set everything up?
Yes. Styling, dance floors and hire items are delivered, installed and packed down by our team. Printed signage is delivered with your styling, or posted if you’ve only ordered signage.
Do you work with my venue?
We coordinate access times, power and bump-in directly with your venue. Please make sure the venue has approved the items you book.
What if it rains?
Talk to us early about wet-weather plans. Some items can’t be installed outdoors in rain, and we’ll help you plan a backup.
Personalisation
Will I see a proof?
Always. Signs and decals are designed and sent to you as a digital proof. Nothing is printed or cut until you approve it.
When do you need my seating plan?
For printed seating charts, send your final guest list and tables at least 10 days before the wedding. Digital seating charts can be updated right up to the day.
Changes
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll update your booking and adjust the balance.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits secure your date and stock, so they’re generally non-refundable. See our terms for full details, or contact us to discuss your situation.
