When does my page go live?
Straight away: your page is created as soon as your payment goes through, and it’s waiting under My account for you to add your details. For Signature and Full Service we’re in touch within one business day to build and style it with you.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code or open your link in any phone browser.
How long do you keep our photos?
Until 90 days after your wedding. A month after the day we email you a link to download everything as one zip file: every guest photo, their messages, your guest list with RSVPs and your seating plan. We remind you 15 and 5 days before, then delete your guests’ photos and details to protect their privacy. Want longer? Add Keep It Online.
