Booking Terms

1. By booking, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
2. I acknowledge that Your Big Day Events will rely on the information provided when planning, preparing, and delivering services for my event. I understand that incorrect or incomplete information may impact the successful delivery of services.
3. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that the event venue has adequate space, access, power (where required), and any necessary permissions or approvals required for the booked services.
4. I understand that any changes to the event date, time, venue, guest numbers, package inclusions, or other event details may be subject to availability and additional charges.
5. I acknowledge that weather conditions, venue restrictions, safety requirements, and circumstances outside of Your Big Day Events’ reasonable control may affect event setup, operation, or service delivery.
6. I understand that my booking is subject to Your Big Day Events’ booking, cancellation, and refund policies as provided during the booking process.
7. I consent to Your Big Day Events collecting, storing, and using the information provided for the purposes of managing my booking, communicating with me regarding my event, delivering services, processing payments, maintaining customer records, and complying with legal obligations.
8. I acknowledge that photographs or videos may be taken during event setup or completed event displays for promotional purposes unless I notify Your Big Day Events in writing before the event that I do not consent to such use.
9. I understand that my personal information will be handled in accordance with Your Big Day Events’ Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Deposits and Balances

Styling and hire items are secured with a deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Signage, decals and digital products are paid in full at checkout.

Wedding Suite and Digital Products

1. Your wedding page, photo wall and dashboard stay online until 90 days after your wedding date.
2. About a month after your wedding we email the couple’s sign-in address a link to download everything as one zip file: guest photos, guest list with RSVPs, messages, seating plan, menu and order of the day. You can download it from your dashboard as often as you like until the deletion date shown there. We send reminders 15 and 5 days before that date.
3. On the deletion date we permanently delete your guests’ photos and details (guest list, RSVPs, messages and invitation links) to protect their privacy, and your page shows a short thank-you message. Deleted photos and details can’t be recovered, so please download them in time.
4. You can keep everything online for another 12 months by buying Keep It Online before the deletion date. You can also ask us to delete your wedding’s photos and guest details earlier.
5. You are responsible for having your guests’ permission to add their details to your page, and guests are responsible for the photos they share. We may remove any photo that is unsafe or inappropriate.
